Planting on the foredune BA48

For those of you who are willing and available we shall be planing some 300 seedlings in the area that has been largely cleared of asparagus fern down on the foredune at BA48 this Friday, the 20th December.

This is largely a Roving Restorers operation, as have been the last two major plantings at BA48.

We shall start at 08:15 and work through until about 10:45 when we’ll have smoko. If we finish the planting we may do a bit of asparagus fern management, including the use of the asparagus assassin.

It will be hot and humid, so bring lots of water and a hat.
