You will notice on the website that the Marcus Beach Working Bees have increased to weekly events on a Wednesday morning. That’s replacing the fortnightly working bees held on Saturday/Wednesday.
We are streamlining our processes and increasing the frequency of working bees for greater productivity. Our work plan will concentrate on the area between Beach Access 46-47.
As many of you will know, we have a Noosa Council grant to research and document resilience building on the dunes. We intend to make this area a testing ground for effective methods to achieve a natural buffer zone.
It’s an exciting undertaking that needs people on the ground committed to making a difference.
Come along this Wednesday at Beach Access 46, Tristania Drive 7.00am start time with morning tea and good conversation afterwards.
