There will be another meeting for those interested in wacking some weeds; specifically Asparagus between the boardwalk and the creek, and we can also take care of some Broadleaved Peppers in the vicinity. The meeting is scheduled for 7:30am this coming Saturday, 1 April, at Beach Access 49. All are welcome.
I shall be down with Renatta, from Noosa Council, on Tuesday to apply weedicide to the increasing amount of Para Grass, near the creek, down towards the beach. I have also converted the black plastic solarizing experiment, which was largely successful on Singapore Daisy, into a compost roll for Singapore Daisy cleared at that site near the creek mouth.
