This Saturday, the 17th June, there will be a meeting of like-minded concerned citizens to help eradicate the notorious Asparagus Fern that is a blight on our beach landscape between the boardwalk and the creek, at Beach Access 49, Peregian Creek from 8 am. I hope you can make it.
I am also looking for one or two volunteers who could help guide and assist some 70 year 7 students from Good Shepherd College with weeding Singapore Daisy and Asparagus Fern, at Peregian Creek on the following Monday. Any time you could spare between 9:30 am and 2 pm.
