Our last weeding bee for the year at Beach Access 49 will be this Saturday the 7th December, starting at 7:00 am.
We will at least start by working on the Singapore Daisy near the creek in the fore dune area. Ryan from Council should be joining us and we will try and put black plastic over a lot of the weed in the creek to solarize it before the rains come. If it is too hot out in the open we’ll move on to more Asparagus Fern removal south of the boardwalk and Para Grass removal just to the north of the boardwalk.
