This is going to be a great year in which we reach a point of rehabilitating much of the land adjacent to Peregian Creek. And it starts this Saturday, the 2nd February at Beach Access 49. As the hot weather is continuing I feel a 7am start would be appreciated.
The Landcare contractors did a great job to start us off for the year clearing a lot of the target area south of the boardwalk towards the beach and back up near The Retreat where we finished last year. So lets continue in the shade south of the boardwalk. There is also a lot of new Arbrus between the boardwalk and the creek that needs attention.
