This week the Green Army bagged three cubic metres of Asparagus Fern by weeding around the lagoon and near where we worked earlier in the year at Beach Access 47.
A new draft restoration plan for Marcus Foreshore Reserve clearly shows our weeding efforts have made a difference. It recommends working out to the weed infested areas from the areas of ‘good bush’ that we’ve created over the years through persistent weeding.
