It has been a great start to the year. After Landcare contractors weeded late January, then our weeding on the 2nd February, Landcare again turned up to do more removal of Asparagus Fern, Para Grass and Arbrus last Monday.
So this Saturday, the 16th, we shall congregate south of the boardwalk at Beach Access 49 and continue into new Asparagus infested territory. We might also attack some of the Para Grass just between the boardwalk and the creek. We shall again start at 7:00 am to beat the heat.
