At this stage (Thursday evening) it looks like the fire situation is fairly benign. If things stay that way, I’m intending to turn up at BA 47 to do some weeding at 8 am on Saturday. If anyone would like to join me, you’d be welcome, but I appreciate that it’s been a disruptive week and you may have more pressing things to do. Of course, if there’s a deterioration in the conditions and the fire warnings are reinstated, all will be off.
