Back to the Creek, My Friends

A new year is upon us and a new onslaught on the weeds plaguing much of the coastal dunes and on rehabilitating those dunes to more of the their natural state.

So, let’s meet along BA49 from 07:30 this Saturday the 3rd instant and tackle emerging Singapore daisy near the creek, asparagus fern south of the boardwalk, where the shepherd’s crook orchids are blooming everywhere, as well as do some scything of glory lilies, which our experience shows don’t like having their heads cut off.

Cheers,

Paul
