I noticed the Ardisia is in flower in the Marcus Section of the National Park on the Eastern corner of Redwood Ave. Colin and I are heading down to Redwood Avenue to do a sweep through the Park starting the perimeter of the “Ardisia forest” to pick up any outlying seedlings. We’ve lost the battle on that corner, but containing it and picking up any small fruiting bushes in other parts of the Park is important.
This is not a Council site so the Council Bushcare Group restrictions do not apply. We will of course be practising social distancing as we walk through. No morning either tea I’m afraid.
Hope to see some of you.
