First Saturday of the month and time to get down on our knees and pull a few more weeds at BA 49 from 8 to 10 or thereabouts. The St Andrews students made some good inroads into the Asparagus Fern on the south side of the boardwalk last week, taking out seven bags full. So we can continue work on this regrowth, where we removed Asparagus Fern in 2016. This is our target area for 2018. However, if the weather is cloudy and it’s not too hot we could tackle the re-emerging Singapore Daisy down towards the creek mouth.
